Please read through our procedure and the cancellation policy before the booking.
Reservations for the following month will be available from the 1st of the current month. We apologize that we cannot take any reservations over two months after booking in advance. Thank you for your understanding.
Booking from overseas, we only take it through hotels. If you wish to make a reservation during your visiting to Japan, please contact the hotel concierge where you are staying in Tokyo and ask them to do so on behalf of you.
If seats are available, we will be more than happy to welcome you even on the same day. So please, don't hesitate to contact us.
(Same day reservation call will be available till 9pm. Last order 9:30pm)
Reservation call will be available between 11:30am to 5:30pm.
Please contact us in advance when you are coming late more than 15 minutes.
Cancellation on the reservation date, will be charged a fee of 20,000JPY (incl.tax) per person. When the number of the party has decreased after the confirmation, the same amount will be charged for the person absent. Thank you for your understanding.
Also please note that our capacity is only 24 people, additional members will not be accepted without notice. Please call us in such cases to avoid any trouble.
RyuGin is a Japanese restaurant. We prepare dishes for customer to enjoy seafood boasted by Japan. It is a presence of RyuGin as a restaurant, and we proudly serve it as a Japanese “cuisine” to whom visit us from all over the world.
It is our sincere requests in below for us to achieve our standing position. If one of those is applicable in your party, we are unable to accept your reservation. We would like to acknowledge it in advance, thank you.
- ・We are unable to serve customers who cannot take fish or any seafood (crustaceans such as prawns, shrimps, crabs, shellfish, sea urchin, squids, octopus, hard roe, soft roe, kelp, dried bonito, all other inhabitants in the sea) at all, or unfavorable. *Not only raw but cooked.
- ・Those who appeal extremely sensitive allergies to food, beside from unfavorable.
(We are unable to take any reservation from who appeal food allergies. The reason is that even if allergic symptoms appear during dinner by any chance, restaurant staff will not take any responsibility for the customer's health.
We do not have the perfect medical knowledge that we can judge quickly against allergic symptoms and take appropriate countermeasures promptly. There are also no medical facilities in RyuGin.
We are dealing with many ingredients to produce dishes from the kitchen. Even if we remove the ingredients from the menu, just a few possibilities won’t be denied.
This is the reason we are unable to accept reservation who appeal allergic first with considered the health and the safety of our customers.

- ･ do not take fish, only take meat.
- ･ only take Vegetarian meals.
- ･ can not take any dried bonito flakes, kelp or seafood based stock.
- ･ is bean or gluten allergies or tolerate the amount of "Soy sauce" or “Miso paste".
- ･ has a member in the group with the information above .
We are unable to provide responsible meals to the customer who asked such requests, therefore we cannot take their reservations.
